Crystals Soft Cup — Official Rules

1. Eligibility

Open to users 18+ with a valid App account in regions where Crystals Soft Cup is offered. Void where prohibited.

2. How to enter

Join an eligible Soft Cup tournament from the App and pay the stated Crystals entry (if any) before play starts. Entry fees and prize structures are shown in-app before you join.

3. Gameplay

Game: timed multiplayer Klondike solitaire.
All entrants in a competition receive the same card layout / deal and compete under the same timer rules.
Ranking is based on the App’s skill-based scoring (including card placement and speed components as shown in-app).

4. Prizes

Prizes are paid in Crystals (or other non-redeemable in-app rewards stated in-app). No cash prizes in Soft Cup. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants and relative skill.

5. Cancellation / underfilled events

If a tournament cannot start or is cancelled (including underfilled lobbies), entry Crystals are returned according to in-app behaviour.

6. Fair play

Cheating, bots, or abuse may result in disqualification and account action. Our decision on scoring disputes for Soft Cup is final, subject to mandatory consumer law.

7. Sponsor

Sponsor/operator: Konnen Intelligence GmbH. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor and is not responsible for Soft Cup competitions.
